🔥 Weekly Claude Challenge 8.3.26
Here's what you missed on Today's call 👀
We went deep on AI Soul Systems, scheduled tasks, and what it actually feels like to have an AI team (spoiler: it feels a lot like having real employees you have to train). What we covered: - The AI Soul System walkthrough — how to organize your Google Drive into folders your AI can actually reference (operations, marketing, content, education, client) - The difference between claude.md files (Claude) and agent.md files (ChatGPT) — same system, different naming convention - How the "wiki" structure works — identity, brand voice, ideal client, offers, financials, all stored as markdown so your AI reads them first - Scheduled tasks that send reminders straight to Slack instead of Notion — morning briefings, CRM pipeline nudges, lead alerts, calendar heads-ups - A token-saving tip — schedule tasks during non-peak hours to use less - Connecting Claude to your CRM via a custom connector (and making sure you're on the V2 version) - The Mac-only screen recording feature for building skills, plus the Loom workaround for everyone else - The real talk about AI "team members" — your claude.md file is basically their job description and SOP What your fellow members are actively working on: - One member is cleaning up and reorganizing her entire AI Soul System and team roster - A few members are experimenting with scheduled tasks tied to Slack notifications - Someone in the group is building an exercise database in Notion, complete with AI-generated visuals, to support client programs - One member is deep in a Stripe integration, moving from sandbox testing to the real thing - Another is turning her fertility yoga content into AI-generated pose images - Someone is finishing total design phase on her book, including the back cover Goals members said they want to accomplish: - Nail down a book subtitle and the promise behind it - Decide next steps after discovering 233 people tagged as interested in a waitlist (yes, really — 233!) - Create AI-generated images for a fertility content series - Get three new classes locked onto the calendar - Move a Stripe connection from sandbox to fully live - Unplug completely for four days (we love this one) - Prioritize paid client work over building new tools - Finish organizing and finalizing a book - Lay out a new workshop from start to finish -
This week's AI Mastermind 7.21.26
Here's what you missed in Tuesday's call 👀 This one had a little bit of everything — pricing wins, tech meltdowns turned comebacks, and a deep dive into building a "second brain" that had half the group both mind-blown and slightly cross-eyed. Real talk, real building, and a whole lot of "wait, how do you do that?" energy. What we covered: - Restructuring a membership so founding members get more for less (and what that pricing psychology actually looks like) - The full video creation process, starting with the image before the video even gets made - How to organize a Google Drive so it doesn't feel like a junk drawer - Setting up a "soul system" style wiki that connects Google Drive, Obsidian, and Claude so everything stays in sync - The difference between a Claude project and a connected file system that updates itself - How Claude.md files work and how to keep two of them from overriding each other - Using the Obsidian Web Clipper to save YouTube transcripts and turn them into content ideas - Fast (and not-so-fast) ways to add captions to reels, including a free app that does it for you - Using Claude Code and Codex together so files move smoothly between systems What your fellow members are actively working on: - One member just restructured their entire membership pricing and is prepping to teach a brand new class in September - One member is automating client program design, complete with intake forms, a tagged movement database, and AI-generated images for exercises - One member is finishing up a website and adding their very first blog page - One member built a landing page and a free gift tied to their book, and is reaching out to businesses to get it in front of more people - One member is knee-deep in repurposing content and hunting for a faster way to get captions and reels done without losing an hour a day to it - One member is building out a class on evaluating a business and figuring out exactly which agents it needs - One member fixed a major tech mess with their lead pages and is aiming to launch in the next week or two - A few members are experimenting with connecting Obsidian, Google Drive, and Claude into one unified system - Someone in the group is testing Claude Code and Codex together to keep everything talking to each other
Day 3 of the OMNI Video Challenge + Homework
Day 3 is officially complete! We took AI characters from an idea to a video. Here's what we covered: -Created a character in Gemini - Refined the style in ChatGPT - Built a 360° Character DNA Sheet to keep the character consistent - Wrote a simple 10-second script - Brought the character to life with Google Omni - Took a quick look at Google Flow for even more creative possibilities The best part? None of this has to be complicated. You don't need perfection. You just need a fun idea and a willingness to experiment. Your homework: ✔️ Create your own character (or use one you've already made) ✔️ Build a Character DNA Sheet ✔️ Create a short video in Omni ✔️ Share your video in the group so we can all see what you created! I can't wait to see your characters come to life. Every video gives you new ideas, and every experiment helps you learn something new. See you on Thursday for Day 4, where we'll start thinking more intentionally about storyboards and how to guide AI to create even better videos. 👇Replay is below.
Day 1 of the OMNI Video Challenge + Homework
