Weekly Claude Campfire is happening in 7 days
Here's what you missed on Today's call 👀
Here's what you missed in Tuesday's call 👀 This week's session was a masterclass in turning AI tools into actual, working systems, not just cool demos. The energy in the room was high, one member walked in with total clarity after weeks of feeling stuck, and by the end everyone left with a concrete selling challenge for the week. If you weren't there, you missed some genuinely game-changing walkthroughs. What we covered: - claude.ai/design, start to finish — how to create a Design System from scratch (add your brand name, upload screenshots of your website or saved assets), then prompt it with "please give me a brand style guide that I can download in HTML" to generate a full branded style guide. Once that system exists, Claude references it automatically for anything you build next — newsletters, slideshows, even full e-books, all in your exact colors, fonts, and layout. - The design system → newsletter workflow. I shared how I took her design system, built an HTML email template inside claude.ai/design, and then had Claude update my newsletter-writing skill so it always pulls that exact template. Now the newsletter skill runs on a scheduled task every Wednesday at 7am — it checks her content hub for that week's topic, drafts the full HTML newsletter automatically, and delivers copy-paste-ready code she can drop straight into GoHighLevel (or any email platform that accepts HTML). - Building HTML emails directly inside GoHighLevel's code editor using code exported from claude.ai/design - Why Slack channels-per-skill make it way easier to see what your AI team is actually doing (and what happens when a skill posts to the wrong channel) - Using Claude to design a complete 50-page e-book (PDF, HTML, and EPUB) with consistent headers, footers, and layout with no runts, no widows, no orphans Goals we are working on this week: - Hit 100 registrations for a Friday workshop by sending personal outreach messages every single day - Finally get the newsletter formatted and committed to a real send day — first one going out Friday morning - Reach out to five people this week with a simple "do you know anyone who could use this?" message - Finish and launch a landing page for a new class, then start actively marketing it
Weekly Campfire: What You Missed 8.4.26
So Many WINS this week! Here's what you missed in Tuesday's call 👀 This week's Mastermind was a good reminder that "building" isn't always the same as "moving the needle" — and that sometimes the biggest business unlock isn't a new tool, it's finally organizing the ones you already have. Big leaps, bigger pivots, and one seriously juicy AI workflow reveal. Let's get into it. What we covered: - A live walkthrough of the Business OS Audit which is a skill that scans your Claude setup (skills, scheduled tasks, everything) and hands you back a plain-language report on what's redundant, what to combine, and where your real gaps are - A full weekly content automation system — a Wednesday planning ritual that interviews you with a few sharp questions, logs your answers to a content anchor, and then your whole AI team pulls from it and posts content automatically, no manual prompting required - Updates to the Skool structure itself — new pricing tiers and what that means for how people join What your fellow members are actively working on: - @Sandy Parker built a magazine-style feature tool members can use to cross-promote each other — beautiful, shareable, and free to use inside the community - @Marie Whitehead created a "thumbs up / thumbs down" style evaluation skills that use Claude's memory of their goals to decide instantly whether a training or offer is worth their time - @Ronda Taylor is building out a multi-brand structure that finally lets her combine years of separate expertise under one umbrella instead of picking just one lane Goals members said they want to accomplish: - Posting consistently in their own communities instead of quietly building in the background - Getting their AI systems fully automated so content shows up without them lifting a finger - Launching new offers they've been sitting on for months (in one case, years) - Finally clearing out the skills and tools that no longer serve where their business is headed - Hitting a big visibility goal before an upcoming trip
