Sorry, I've been quite here for the last week, I was deep into building and shipping. I'm very, very excited! (and a bit terrified) After a lot of work! For a year I've been posting pieces of this. The agent that pinged me unprompted. The team living in a Discord channel. The one-person company doing the work of five. The Altitude Playbook is live 🤯 🤯 This is the big one for me. It's the exact system I run. Five AI agents doing my sales research and drafting, as a team: Ranger finds prospects. Scholar researches them. Maestro plans the outreach. Scribe writes the drafts. Sentinel checks every single one before it reaches me. Claude Code, Supabase, Discord. I message them like colleagues, they draft, I hit send (or they do 😅 ). So I'm trying many different versions of creating and running agents. Tried OpenClaw, Hermes, Codex, Claude code and Minimax. The idea I'm using for testing is same md. and instructions and test against the same task. For my own business (and life) level, I have my team of Discord agents - they are live 24/7, never lose context, and learning on feedback loops, so they get better and more accurate with time. The way it's built is very simple and pls reach out, or comment if you want a deeper dive. But basically, It's Claude code sessions with their own md. and instructions, with mcp to all the tools needed + log to Supabase, where they log memories etc.. They are all on a VPS - Digital Ocean that cost around 20$ a month, and that's how they are persistent and live. The main thing I love about this is that' its through Oauth, of my Claude sub and not per API calls, which makes it very cheap - compare to if it was on an API. How you are building your agents?
