Australia doesn't use A2P, instead it requires a regulatory bundle Here's exactly how to get it setup for your client 1. Address Bundle Phone Systems > Regulatory Bundles > Create New > Address Bundle The address should auto fill for the most part from the info you used when creating the sub account, fill out the rest manually and submit. Refresh and it should auto-approve 2. Regulatory Bundle The only things you need for this are the clients business documents, mainly their ASIC registration and ABN documents. To get this, in the onboarding form make a section as shown in the screenshot. We call this section ACMA Compliance, mainly so it sounds fancy and important which it is. Go back to Phone Systems > Regulatory Bundle > Australia, Business Type, Mobile number Business name: Name exactly how it appears on ABN/ASIC Business Name Document: Upload ASIC registration that includes business name registration Business Address: Usually their ASIC will also have an address on it, use ASIC form here and when prompted confirm address is the same as address bundle Business ID Number: Upload ABN document Click "update documents" on all 3, once you get 3 green lights you can click submit and it will go through and start pending approval if it all checks out. Should take between 1-3 days to then get approved The only time I ever have not been approved is when a client didnt have all the right documents so i used chatgpt to make a fancy looking thing that put all their info into one official looking document. Dont do that, just get the correct real documents from the client using the form setup I attached below. Simple
