We’re now in Week 4 of Sheikh CEO, and what a journey it’s been so far.
This book has been opening up powerful conversations around vision, leadership, and execution, from building a foundation that others can believe in, to understanding the kind of leadership that actually moves ideas forward. Each week has stretched how we think, decide, and act. Now, instead of another breakdown, we want you to lean in and experience it for yourself. Take time to read, reflect, and really engage with the material. What’s been standing out to you so far? What’s shifting in how you see leadership or execution? We’re still going strong with our weekly live sessions, so stay connected, share your thoughts, and come be part of the conversation. This is where the real value comes alive. ✨

Week 3 Live Reflection: Leadership & Execution
This week’s session with Dr. Gloria and Dr. Aalia made one thing clear: Dubai didn’t just dream big, it executed big. The Sheikh CEO shows that real leadership isn’t just about vision, but about consistent delivery. Dubai’s leaders don’t just set bold goals, they follow through on them over time. One key takeaway:👉 Execution is a leadership skill, not just an operational task. This made me reflect:How many ideas do I have that never get fully executed? The real shift for me is simple, focus less on starting, and more on finishing. Because in the end:Vision doesn’t change the world. Executed vision does.

Last Night’s Reflection: Vision That Builds, Not Just Inspires 📌
Last night’s live session from The Sheikh CEO was a powerful reminder that vision is more than inspiration, it’s about building foundations that others can stand on. Vision and Foundation, one idea that really stood out was the role of Tourism, Trade, and Transport (TTT) as key pillars of sustainable growth. It made me think: true leadership is not just about seeing the future, but about creating the systems that make that future possible. Grateful for the insightful session with Dr. Gloria Esoimeme and Dr. Aalia Al-Barwani. I encourage everyone in this community to stay engaged, share your reflections, and be an active part of the conversation ❤️ there’s so much we can all learn from each other.
Leadership & Execution
This week is about one thing: turning clarity into action. The Sheikh CEO shows leadership not as ideas, but as execution under pressure. 🧠 Key idea: Leadership isn’t about how many ideas you have It’s about what actually gets done. - Decisions > intentions - Systems > personality - Clarity > speed without direction 🤍 Reflect: - How would you define leadership in one sentence? - Is it more system-driven or personality-driven? - What creates speed without chaos?
Leadership & Execution
Something to think about today 🤍
Not every vision fails because it’s “too big.” Sometimes it just never becomes clear enough… or bold enough to act on. Curious where everyone stands on this 👇 🗳️ What holds people back the most when it comes to their vision? No pressure😊, just vote what feels real to you. 💬 And if you want to go a little deeper, share why. These conversations are where things start to shift.
