Welcome to Agent Skills Academy

1. Your first 30 minutes (do this now)
Five steps. 30 minutes total. Don't skip — this is the difference between building and ghosting.
Step 1 — Introduce yourself (2 min)

Step 2 — Comment on 3 other members' posts (3 min)
Scroll 🎉 Wins & Results. Read three recent wins. Leave one real comment on each. Not "nice!" — ask a question or share a reaction.
Step 3 — Read the 3 latest pinned wins (2 min)
These are your future. Read them. React. Remember the names — these are the members you'll DM when you're stuck.

AWAKEN path — for when you need motivation, not instructions (2 courses):

How XP works in Skool: You earn 1 XP for every LIKE another member gives your post or comment. That's it. No XP for posting itself. No XP for completing lessons. No XP for daily login. Self-likes don't count. The community rewards content people find useful — not volume.
The North Star: L3 Skill Crafter (20 XP). Hit L3, and you've shipped your first SKILL.md AND it earned ~20 likes from real members. That is the identity shift; everything here is designed to trigger.
3. The 30-Day Path — how you hit L3
Week 1 — L2 Tinkerer (5 XP)
Post your intro comment in 🏁 Start Here — community welcomes you with likes (typical: 5-15 likes)
Post "I installed Claude Code!" in 🎉 Wins — early wins get supportive likes (typical: 3-10 likes)
Comment on 3 other members' wins — your supportive comments often get reply-likes
Realistic Week 1 total: 8-25 XP → L2 Tinkerer easily, L3 within reach for active posters
Week 2 — Build the first skill
Watch the remaining TEACH courses (no XP — but you get the knowledge to ship a real skill)
Post your first SKILL.md attempt in 🛠️ Build Logs, asking for help — generosity = likes
Reply helpfully to 3 members in Ask Pragati or Build Logs — quality replies get likes
Realistic Week 2 cumulative: 25-60 XP → L3 Skill Crafter unlocked → 🤖 Skill Showcase posting opens
Week 3 — Ship it (cross L3)
Ship your first SKILL.md to 🤖 Skill Showcase (now unlocked) — quality skills typically earn 15-40 likes
Watch the Monday Drop + Wednesday Build-of-the-Week (no XP, but you stay current)
Comment on Wednesday Wins roundup — being mentioned = pile-on likes
Realistic Week 3 cumulative: 50-100 XP → L3 solidly passed, climbing toward L4 Automator (65 XP)
Week 4 — Pay it forward
Help another new member in Ask Pragati — the most likeable thing you can do
Post skill v2 with one improvement — incremental wins still get likes
Drop a sharp take on a Wednesday Hot Take — opinion + source = engagement
Realistic Week 4 cumulative: 75-150 XP → L4 confirmed, eyeing L5 Operator (155 XP)
Lurkers who never post never get likes — and stay at L1 forever. Don't be a lurker. Post things people find useful.
4. Category tour — what goes where

🎉 Wins & Results — every win, every screenshot. No win too small.
🤖 Skill Showcase — SKILL.md files. L3 gates this.

5. House Rules — the three non-negotiables
Plain English, no code. You instruct. Claude Code codes.
Ship before perfect. Every "it worked!" is a win. Every unshipped perfect plan is a loss.
Deposit before you withdraw. Give 3 likes + 1 comment before you ask for help.
No stupid questions. No gatekeeping. No guru-speak. First names only.
