The 7-Day Agent Challenge starts now
Seven days to ship one real, client-relevant agent. Not a demo for yourself, something a business would actually pay to use. The arc: Day 1: pick a client-relevant problem worth solving. Days 2 and 3: set up and scaffold the build. Day 4: wire in one real tool the agent uses. Day 5: give it the client context it needs to be useful. Day 6: produce a real deliverable and harden it so it holds up. Day 7: record a 60-second demo of it working and post it for review. Finish the arc and post a Day 7 demo that meets the rubric, and you earn the Shipped Your First Agent certification. It shows on your profile as a badge and, more useful than that, becomes the first portfolio piece you can put in front of a prospective client. It also marks your move into First Build, Level 2. Where proof goes: post your finished Day 7 demo on the 7-Day Challenge Graduates wall in the Classroom. That wall is the running record of everyone who has shipped, and it is some of the strongest social proof you will build here. First step, right now: open the 7-Day Agent Challenge in the Classroom, read the Day 1 prompt, and write down the one client problem you are going to solve this week.

Start Here: your first 24 hours
Here is the whole map on one screen, plus the one thing to do today. The path, in order: 1. 7-Day Agent Challenge. Pick a client-relevant problem and ship a working agent in a week. 2. 2. The free course, Land Your First Paying AI Client. Turn that build into a scoped service someone will pay for. 3. 3. The ladder. Climb through likes on your posts and comments, and reach for the paid path when you want a faster, supported route. Do this now: open the 7-Day Agent Challenge in the Classroom and start Day 1. That single action sets up everything else. How the levels work, because they gate real things: You start at Explorer. You can read, comment, like, and watch the open courses right away. Posting to the feed unlocks at Level 2, First Build. You get there by commenting and earning likes first, so contribution comes before broadcast. At Level 3, Service Builder, you unlock direct messages with other members and the advanced Deliver Reliably course. Two norms that keep this place useful: Post your shipped work in Wins. Real proof, not plans. When you are stuck, ask in Support Needed, and when you can answer someone, do it. Helping others is how you climb. Your first 24 hours: start the Challenge, drop an intro and a question in General Discussion, and react to a few posts so your points start moving.

Welcome: what this community is for
This is where you go from "I can build agents" to a real client paying you for one, inside your first month. It is built for people who can already build, or are close, and want that skill to turn into income. The arc is simple: start as a builder, become a paid consultant, then run your own small agency if you choose to. There is one rule here. Every build you do points at client work. Not at being a slightly better builder, not at collecting tools. If a thing you make cannot end up in front of a buyer, it is a hobby, and this is not a hobby community. The path is short and in order: run the 7-Day Agent Challenge to ship something real, work through the free course to package it into a paid service, then climb the paid ladder when you want support to move faster. Read the Start Here post next, then start the Challenge today, not tomorrow.
