Orchestrator: Gemini CLI joins the roster

Agent Zero can now command Gemini CLI alongside Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode and Hermes. Authentication detection, headless execution, settings, status reporting and observable installation are all handled for you. Give A0 a /goal and it delegates to whichever agents you have.

NVIDIA NIM provider

New provider support with hosted model discovery and onboarding, so NIM models plug straight into your setup.

Crash-safe chat saves

If a chat save gets interrupted, your previous chat data is preserved. No more lost conversations from a badly timed crash.

Runaway loop protection

Configurable protection against malformed or repeated model-response loops. When a model gets stuck repeating itself, Agent Zero stops it with a clear notice instead of spinning forever.

Quality of life

Multiline terminal input now runs as a single compound command, preserving shell state and preventing premature completion. New UI visibility controls let you show or hide the project selector, clock, connection status and right canvas rail separately on mobile and desktop. Self-update is more reliable with a refreshed Codex OAuth version and a three minute health-check window.

CLI v2.4

The TUI goal bar got polished with clearer hierarchy, compact state labels, and icon-labeled Edit, Pause, Resume and Delete controls. The connection picker now supports keyboard navigation for discovered instances, and Ctrl+A / Cmd+A selects your whole draft in the composer.

How to update

CLI: open a terminal and type 'a0 update'

Web UI: open Settings -> Check for updates -> Review update
