When I started in real estate, I didn’t have a big sphere, a marketing budget, or local connections. I also wasn’t interested in becoming the pushy, salesy version of an agent I kept seeing around me.
I wanted to build something real: a business based on trust, consistency, excellent client service, smart follow-up, and relationships that could grow over time.
That path eventually became a six-figure referral-based business.
