Hey community — quick update on our weekly training time. We're shifting from Thursday to Tuesday at 2pm, and it sounds like Tuesday will work better for most of you. Same energy, same depth, same commitment to your growth — just better timing for us to actually show up together. Here's the thing: These sessions are better live. This is where the real action happens — you get to ask questions as they come up, see how other agents are thinking through their challenges, and get immediate clarity on how these concepts work in your market. The Season That Changed My Career — And What I Wish Someone Had Told Me

(Not our usual 2:00pm slot) Every agent who's made it in this business hit a stretch that tested them — but here's the part that doesn't get said enough: the reward doesn't have to wait until year five. The agents who last are usually the ones who found the shortcuts to real growth early — not by avoiding the hard seasons, but by knowing what they were looking at when they hit one. That's what Thursday is about. Training pause for something important
No training sessions this week or next. Not because anything’s slowing down — because we’re making room for something better. Thursday, July 9 — Open House. Note the time: 7:30pm, not our usual 2:00pm slot. I’m walking through what a real estate career actually looks like — not the highlight reel, the real shape of it. The years that test you. The stuff nobody tells you before you get your license. And the specific things that separated the seasons I was just grinding from the seasons I was actually growing.
