Why did I join Insurance Agents University?

We're have only a few clients and recruits under our guidance and... we were presented the option of working with Fondako to get more recruits. Looking it over, we thought "Hey! It's super important to have 1 independent, well trained advisor over 10 recruits that don't know what they're doing and that starts with us!" so we ultimately decided against it and to reconsider the option in the future because we find it wiser to focus on helping clients first, acquire expertise to lead our recruits by example. One super important step towards helping clients is letting them know that we exist, so we came to work with the masters!
