New agent and ready to crush it. I am very curious about the program. How much would it cost? What are the costs to a program like this. Could this program really get me better clients? Seeing that I do not currently have any? How locally targeted are the leads?

I think a lot of agents looking to start their own agency could really learn from your experiences — what’s one thing you wish you’d known before expanding?
@Jake Wright I would say having a good system in place is crucial and helping them take action! Too many agents get stuck in learning mode instead of taking action! I also find being a good leader and an active producer helps! I always try to lead from the front and be an active producer. If you build a team and everyone is doing 0 by 0 then you make 0. Passive income comes from ACTIVE income = helping clients. If you are a team builder and don't know how to sell and help clients then your team will struggle.
