Hunger has a Face
I saw a child once crying
I've seen couples who died trying
Calloused memories of what has been
Faces tell the stomach things it cant defend
Feeding segregation and separation in a buffet style
Those Hunger pains are numbered and counted out
In a round about way we are the apron
Stains on clothes where we fed
Leads the mouths tasting Salty and bewildered
In what we live
In what we give....
Closed Faces that Hunger are always left for dead!
