Your Quiet Alignment
Prompt 3: What arranges you from the inside out
Every Constellation carries its own geometry.
This week, trace the pattern that organizes your breath, the subtle alignment that gathers your scattered brightness and settles it into shape.
Here’s the guidance.
✳️ Orbitals
Choose one or fuse several:
- A moment that steadies your center.
- A gesture that restores your rhythm.
- A word that shifts your posture.
- A memory arranging itself into clarity right when you need it.
Each one marks a point on the inner grid.
🌿 Sensory Anchor
Sit without adjusting anything.
Notice the weight of your hands or the horizon of your shoulders.
Follow the next inhale as if you’re tracing a line across a sky-map.
Let your body choose the first direction.
Write from that orientation.
☄️ Comet Path
Write an alignment piece.
Let each line settle a little deeper than the one before.
Follow sensation, not logic.
Follow cadence, not explanation.
Your poem becomes the way your inner compass reveals itself.
When the piece feels shaped, place your seal.
✴️ Seal of Enoughness
My center gathers itself with quiet certainty.
🪞 How to Share Yours
Your constellation still travels in three lights:
Core Star → Comet Path → Seal of Enoughness.
Week Three reveals the shape inside your motion.
Tag your work with #ConstellationsOfEnough
