The course has 6 components that prompt you to, question your thoughts and feelings and guide you through the safe and personal way to use this method to help you recognise and face some or all of your shadows . These can be from past trauma, life events that have impacted your heart, personal rage or simply releasing those patterns of thinking that sneak into our minds some times

Call or word dumping , journaling, the burn book, whatever resonates - but it’s a simple process you cannot get wrong - your thoughts are your own- there are not right or wrong words - and they are released never to be read again into the fire - deliberate , final.
