I didn’t arrive here after one bad fall.
I arrived here after a series of falls that kept coming.
I’m someone who had to start over more times than I ever imagined. My life unraveled through betrayal, divorce, financial loss, and rebuilding while raising two boys and learning to choose peace in situations where anger was warranted.
I learned forgiveness not because it was fair, but because my children needed stability. I learned how to walk away. I learned how to rebuild in places that remember an old version of you and fill the silence with rumors.
After the Fall exists because I know what it’s like when healing doesn’t happen in a straight line. When the dust hasn’t settled and the next challenge hasn’t announced itself yet.
I’m not a therapist and I’m not here to fix anyone.
I’m here to offer steadiness, honesty, and companionship in the middle of rebuilding.
This space is for those who are still barely standing.
You’re not late.
You’re not broken.
You’re allowed to take your time.
