After Stroke Second Life is a private community for stroke survivors and families rebuilding life after stroke — one small win at a time.
A stroke does not only affect the brain. It can change your energy, sleep, thinking, movement, confidence, family rhythm, work, money, relationships, identity and future.
This community is for people facing the question after hospital, rehab and the first shock:
“What now?”
Inside, you get support that many survivors and families struggle to find elsewhere: a structured Second Life Roadmap, practical classroom lessons, worksheets, checklists, small-win challenges and honest conversations about fatigue, hard days, brain fog, movement confidence, partner and family pressure, children, work, money and returning to life.
