I believe there is a commonality between success and being driven to succeed. I prefer to be driven so that I increase the likelihood of success. Being able to maintain your focus no matter the distractions is also key. If you do that consistently, then you have a winning formula.

But here's what's off about this story… Bank of America's CEO said in January: "You don't have to worry. AI is not a threat to your jobs." Then last week, after record profits, he said they shed 1,000 jobs by "eliminating work and applying technology." 😤 But with a business? 🚀 My income is in my hands, and I don't got to deal with all the corporate smoke and mirrors. And looking at everything that's been going on lately... it really reminds me of something I learned back in middle school. ⏰ I had this super old and short teacher for U.S. history class. She bored everyone else to death, but I actually enjoyed her class. USA history was a great pass time for me. 📚 And one thing I noticed was this… History always finds a way to repeat itself. I kept hearing the same story, just with different names, and different triggering events. Just look at the pattern: 🎯 Farmers got replaced by factories. Artisans and craftsmen got replaced by factories. Then factory workers got replaced by machines. It's always been human vs technology. But here's what's interesting... Its never just technology, it's human + technology. The farmers who drive the tractor will put out all the farmers who don't have one. They were the people who learned to USE the tech. 💡 Not the people who resisted it. Not the people who hoped it would go away. The people who adopted it early. So the overall skill that allows you to dominate in ANY age in history?

Hello this is keith fleming, I've fallen a bit behind, but I just finished my Vision Board.

It’s crazy how problems tend to feed into themselves… 🔄 I was talking to a fisherman the other day — and he shared something that I didn’t expect. He said he wanted to leave the life of sailing. He was tired of being out at sea 20 days at a time… only to come back to land for a few. 🌊 But here was the worst part: - While he was out there on the boat — there was no Wi-Fi. 📵 - No internet. - No connection to the outside world. So even if he wanted to send in a job application… Even if he wanted to schedule an interview… Even if he wanted to learn a new skill… He couldn’t. By the time he got back, the opportunities were long gone. ⏳ Which leads us to an age-old truth. You can’t build your escape plan from the same place and same actions that are keeping you trapped. It’s not that he didn’t want to change — he couldn’t from where he was… he couldn’t do anything but fish on that boat. 🎣 I told him, “If you love the boat, then it’s a good boat. But if you want to leave that life… you’re going to need a boat with Wi-Fi. Or you won’t make it off.” 🚤 Because sometimes, the job… the routine… the current boat you’re in — is the very thing stopping you from getting somewhere else. 🚢 And I see it all the time with people in the 9–5 grind. They say: - “I’ll spend more time with my kids once I make more money.” 👨‍👩‍👧 - “I’ll build something on the side once work slows down.” - “I’ll figure out passive income once things feel more stable.” 💡 But the truth? Work won’t slow down (unless you want to be demoted with a pay cut) The chaos doesn’t stop. 😵‍💫 And the money doesn’t stretch. Not unless you change something. The same job that’s draining your energy won’t magically give you more time. The same paycheck that barely covers bills won’t somehow create freedom. The same routine that’s burning you out won’t suddenly get better next year. 🔥 If nothing changes… nothing changes. 🔄 Now here’s the thing… most people want change… they just don’t have the time to make it happen.
