I am blessed that I have a business that gives me control over my income. Not at the mercy of a classic 15 minute zoom meeting mass layoff session.
It's wild to think about how a couple decades ago companies looked out for their people.

Last week, The New York Times published an article that's a wake up call. 📰
"Job Cuts Driven by A.I. Are Rising on Wall Street"
The six biggest banks cut 15,000 employees. 🚫

Bank of America's CEO said in January: "You don't have to worry. AI is not a threat to your jobs."
