Soul Sunday: What Every Generation Isn’t Saying Out Loud
2026 is just days away. What will each generation face in the New Year? Gen Z (ages ~18–29) Outwardly: Posting, optimizing, “fine.” Inwardly: Overstimulated, under-rested, and quietly unraveling. What they need: A nervous system anchor in a world of noise. Millennials (ages ~30–45) Outwardly: High-functioning, hustling, holding it all together. Inwardly: Burned out, grieving, and craving meaning beyond productivity. What they need: An anchor that doesn’t ask them to perform wellness, just to feel well. Gen X (ages ~46–61) Outwardly: Stoic, capable, always the one other's lean on. Inwardly: Carrying aging parents, adult kids, and invisible grief. What they need: An anchor that honors their legacy and holds space for their health repair. Boomers (ages ~62–80) Outwardly: “I’m fine.” Inwardly: Facing memory shifts, mobility changes, and the ache of loss. What they need: An anchor that offers dignity, simplicity, and a language for healing. And then there’s you. You’re not sick. You’re saturated. You’re not broken. You’re just burned out. You don’t need another app. You need an anchor in the chaos. This is why I built Simcha Healthcare To offer an anchor in a world of noise. To offer repair without shame. To offer science that actually heals and prevents. To offer answers where there were none A monthly fee isn’t a splurge. It's an investment. It’s a reclamation: Of your nervous system. Of your biological rhythm. Of your legacy of well-being. Of your health legacy for those that come after you. The truth is, the demand for this kind of care is growing. People are tired of pretending they’re fine. People are tired of getting no answers They’re craving something real. Something steady. An anchor in the chaos. If that’s you, if your nervous system is whispering for something deeper you’re not alone. And you’re not too late. I'm here, and I'm holding the door open for you. https://www.skool.com/simcha-healthcare-3222/about?ref=3176d9dd23264b86a756edf06790daff

Soul Sunday: What Every Generation Isn’t Saying Out Loud
SATURDAY SURPRISE
What if your memory isn’t fading? What if your brain is whispering for help, not waving goodbye? Do you have a loved one, or a family member diagnosed with "dementia," or "Alzheimer's?" Do you fear it could also happen to you? It will happen to some of you. And it can start in your 20s. They told us dementia and Alzheimer’s starts around 65. But the damage can begin in your 20s. I have the labs that can support it, labs traditional medicine won’t run, can’t interpret, and doesn’t want to talk about. Most medical schools offer minimal training in nutrition, detox pathways, or the gut-brain axis. So when memory issues arise, the deeper drivers, like B12 deficiency, mold exposure, or insulin resistance, are often missed or worse, ignored. When I investigate the root causes of memory loss, I often uncover reversible or modifiable factors, far beyond just “aging.” Memory loss Is not a normal part of aging. 1. Memory loss isn’t a life sentence, it’s a signal. And signals can be decoded. 2. Memory loss is common. But that doesn’t make it normal. Or irreversible. 3. They told you memory fades with age. They forgot to mention the root causes. 4. What if your brain isn’t broken, it’s just inflamed, undernourished, or overwhelmed? 5. Memory is sacred. Losing it isn’t inevitable, it’s a call to investigate, not surrender. 6. Forgetfulness isn’t just aging. It’s often inflammation, not destiny. 7. Your brain isn’t a ticking time bomb. It’s a garden of information and memories. Gardens can regrow. 8. They said, ‘it’s just part of getting old.’ I say it’s time to know differently. I have the lab test that can support what I’m saying. Traditional medicine can’t, and won’t, order it. This isn’t guesswork. There’s a lab test for this. But you won’t find it in a 10-minute visit. Memory loss isn’t mysterious. It’s measurable. I can run the labs they won’t even mention. They’ll tell you it’s aging. I’ll show you it’s inflammation, nutrient depletion, or trauma, on paper. It's a billion-dollar industry, and they don't want you to know. BUT I will tell you.

SATURDAY SURPRISE
FAT FRIDAY
🧈 Are you fat-curious? Good. You should be. Because fat isn’t just a food group, it's a mood, a myth, and a misunderstood miracle. This class is packed full of juicy information—the kind that makes you go, “Wait… why didn’t anyone teach me this sooner?” Because they had a nefarious reason. Fat was demonized not because it was harmful—but because of flawed science, cherry-picked data, and powerful industry interests. The “fat is bad” narrative was never rooted in full truth, and it’s time I unpack why. So, I'm flipping the script on everything you thought you knew about fat. No shame. No lies. Just truth bombs and buttery science. What you’ll get: - A quiz to find out what kind of fat you are (yes, really) - The real deal on “good” vs “bad” fats (spoiler alert: It's not what you've been taught) - Brain fuel, hormone harmony, and ancestral wisdom—served with a side of sass - Permission to eat the damn bacon and eggs. Perfect for: - Nutrition nerds, rebels, and reformed calorie counters - Anyone who’s ever whispered, “I love butter," or "I want bacon and eggs" like it’s a dirty secret - People who want to nourish their body and their joy I'm not going to make you go to the classroom or click on multiple links. It's right there for ALL to see. Come get greasy with us. It's worth every dollar. AFFILIATE https://www.skool.com/simcha-healthcare-3222/about?ref=3176d9dd23264b86a756edf06790daff

Sell multiple offers
Some of us are marching through and posting offers and trying to make some affiliate commissions. You're spending time looking for offers, hitting websites, doing your due diligence. What if there was a system that put hundreds of offers at your fingertips? If you are part of Offerlab (like I am), they have multiple offers stretched across multiple niches. Niches that are selling. Within the program you can easily put offers together and create sales funnels and then post the links to social media or within your email marketing. They can go anywhere you can post a link. I'm new to this and I'm finding that it's easy to do. Follow this link to learn more about it.
