- Limited, invitation-only membership with clear term lengths and conflict-of-interest rules.
Operating principles:
- Transparent decisions, documented policies, and regular public updates to the community.
- Rapid response to safety/regulatory issues, prioritizing member wellbeing.
- Consensus-driven, but empowered to act when urgent interventions are needed.
