Holiday Followup/QA Phone Script
I'm making some calls to existing clients today, thought I'd drop the script that I'm using. It's not sexy, but the money is in the FOLLOWUP! ENJOY! __________ “Hi! Happy Holidays from Occidental Life — this is Kenya Caldwell. I’m calling to spread a little holiday cheer, check in on you, and share a quick update: you’ve been pre-approved for additional coverage if you’d like to take advantage of it. How are you and your family doing today?” ⭐“Great! I just have a very short, two-question holiday survey to make sure we’re taking good care of you. It’ll take less than 30 seconds.” 1️⃣ On a scale of 1–5, how satisfied are you with your current coverage and the service you’ve received from us this year?(1 = not satisfied, 5 = very satisfied) 2️⃣ Has anything changed in your family this year — like a new child, marriage, grandchild, or someone who now depends on you — who may need to be added or covered? (Pause, listen.) 🎁 If they say YES (there is someone new) “Wonderful — congratulations! I can help you make sure they’re fully protected. It only takes a few minutes to review options, and we can do that today or schedule a time that works better for you.” ❄️ If they say NO (no new family changes) “Perfect — thank you! I just want to make sure everything stays current so your coverage works exactly how you expect when your family needs it.” 🌟 Re-Establish Yourself as Their Representative “And just so you know, I’ll be your dedicated representative going into the new year. Anytime you have questions, need to make updates, or want to review your plan, you can call or text me directly.” 🎉 Close Warmly “Thank you, [Client Name]. Wishing you and your family a wonderful holiday season — and I’m here for you anytime you need me.”
