Breathwork and Psychedelics
When I was about 17, I first explored psychedelics, drawn by their depth.But even then, I craved that same expansion without substances.
That’s when I found Stanislav Grof’s workand realized breathwork could open those same doors.
Psychedelics offer transformation;breathwork offers integration.
Together, they’re a powerful pathto deeper self-awareness.
