When to pause underperforming ads in an ad group?

If you start up a new campaign with 5 different ads within it, how much spend/clicks/time should you give on each individual ad before you pause any? I have about $40 spent and between 30 to 70 clicks on each individual ad and there is clearly one of the ads that's converting better with my current opt-in page. The campaign has been running for one week.

When do you know it's okay to turn off the ads that are not performing within KPI? Thanks!
