Under 10,000 subscribers, YouTube is hard to read. A video gets 300 views and you can't tell whether that's the title, the topic, a slow start or simply normal for a channel your size. Most advice comes from big channels whose numbers don't apply to you, and one quiet week can feel like the end of the channel.
I built VidPulse, a YouTube research toolkit, to replace that guesswork with data. It follows video launches across tens of thousands of channels, shows what's normal for your size, finds outliers in any niche, tracks title and thumbnail changes, and tests thumbnails with real votes.
Here I'm using it, with my own channel as a live test, to answer 1,000 questions about YouTube.
What you get
• Findings: each question answered with the data, a chart and a short video
• Experiments: tests on my channel, including the ones that fail
• Your questions: members vote each month on what I test next
• FREE ACCESS to VidPulse when you join this group
The first 100 members join free and stay free.
