Let’s Talk About The Tabs 🔍
To keep things organized and make sure you’re getting the most out of ADHDpreneur, we’ve set up different tabs for specific topics.
One rule that applies to this group as a whole. This isn't a "Oh I've heard this" kinda group. This is a group designed for us to share things that we have done in our lives that have actually made a difference.
Here’s how each one works and what you can post in each:
1. General Discussion 💬
This is your go-to for general conversations about ADHD and entrepreneurship. Think of this as our virtual lounge. You can share stories, thoughts, struggles, or victories related to being an ADHD entrepreneur. Basically, anything that doesn’t fit into the other tabs goes here.
Examples:
  • “What’s the biggest challenge you face in running your business with ADHD?”
  • “How do you handle distractions in your daily workflow?”
2. Memes 😆
Because let’s face it, ADHD moments often make for the best memes. We all need a good laugh, and this tab is just for that—ADHD-related memes that we can all relate to. Keep it light, keep it fun, and share away!
Examples:
  • “When you’ve hyper-focused for 8 hours on a task you didn’t even need to do.”
  • Funny ADHD entrepreneur moments.
3. Routine ⏰
ADHDers know the struggle of sticking to routines. This tab is dedicated to building, sharing, and refining routines that actually work for people like us. Share your morning routine, tips for staying on track, or ask for advice on managing time better.
Examples:
  • “What’s your morning routine for staying productive?”
  • “Struggling to get a consistent bedtime routine, any tips?”
4. ADHD Hacks 🧠
This is where we share the tips, tricks, and strategies that have made life and business easier for us ADHDers. Whether it’s apps, methods, or mindsets, if it helps you navigate ADHD in your entrepreneurial journey, drop it here!
Examples:
  • “I started using Pomodoro timers, and here’s why it works for me.”
  • “Best ADHD-friendly project management tools?”
5. Business Advice 📈
This is where we focus specifically on the business side of things. Struggling with getting stuff done? Need help with what steps to take next in your business? Not sure why you can't make it? This is the place to ask for advice or share your business knowledge.
Examples:
  • “What’s your go-to productivity tool for managing client projects?”
  • “Looking for advice on how to grow my email list.”
6. Diet & Fitness 🍏🏋️‍♂️
We all know how much diet and fitness can impact ADHD symptoms. In this tab, you can share nutrition tips, exercise routines, and other ways to optimize your physical health, which in turn boosts your mental clarity and business performance.
Examples:
  • “What’s your go-to ADHD brain food?”
  • “Anyone here find regular exercise improves focus?”

You might be wondering, why is the price $147/month? Great question!
I chose this price because I wanted to make sure that everyone in this community is committed and has some skin in the game. ADHDpreneur isn’t a place you’ll forget about or ignore. This is a place where you’ll show up because you’re invested, and we’re going to make sure you see massive value from it.
