Help Decide This Please 🙏🏻
A lot of communities do posts welcoming new members in, should this be part of this community too? I haven't done it to date because I didn't want to create that sense of 'stage lights' overwhelm and to let people comment and post when they're comfortable. ➡️ Do you personally like the welcome posts? I understand the business reasons, but I want your views please

Start Here 👋 (a soft welcome)
Welcome 👋 I'm Steve. I found out I had ADHD at 38, and I built this place for people asking the same questions I was. You don't have to do anything right now, but if you've got a minute, the one thing that actually helps is simple; 👉 Say hi below. That can genuinely be it. If you fancy it, you can add: when did you first start wondering? Was it always obvious to you, or did it blindside you? One line is plenty. No pressure to be tidy or impressive. Half-finished is welcome here, it's kind of the whole point. 🤝 Glad you're here. Take your time. Steve

Accountability Post 🤝
Write below a task that you want to get completed today. Make it public so that your brain will add that sense of urgency from public accountability! Our ADHD brains run well on 'urgency', not so well on 'importance'! There's no failure here, so you cannot go wrong. Put a task below, even if it's a small first step such as 'open the laptop' and lets make a positive step into the weekend!!
