Do any of you use things like white noise, pink noise, brown noise, binaural beats, or similar for focus, sleep, calm, or blocking distractions?
I’ve used a few of these in the past and they’ve definitely helped me at times, especially with focus and sleep.
I’m thinking about creating some of my own, maybe on YouTube, to share here too, but only if it’s something people would actually find helpful.
