🌱 The ADHD Win — How to Use This Space
This space is for noticing things your brain might otherwise skip past.
Use it when:
  • You did something hard
  • You followed through
  • You showed up when you didn’t feel like it
  • You handled something better than you used to
  • You felt genuinely happy, proud, or at peace
Big or small counts.
What to post
  • One sentence is enough
  • No need to make it impressive
  • No comparison to anyone else
Examples:
  • “I asked for help instead of shutting down.”
  • “I didn’t spiral after making a mistake.”
  • “I finished something I usually avoid.”
  • “I rested without guilt.”
How to interact here
  • Encouragement is welcome
  • Celebration is allowed
  • Advice is still optional
A simple “That matters” goes a long way.
Why this space exists
ADHD brains are great at remembering what went wrong
and terrible at remembering what went right.
This is a place to store proof.
You can come back and reread this on hard days.
