Note From Your Future Self (Optional Vision Board)
This is not about planning, manifesting, or deciding anything yet. This is a listening exercise.
Imagine a version of you from further along — not perfect, not finished — just steadier.
They are not asking you to hurry.
If you choose to create a small vision page, let it be **quiet and forgiving**.
**Guidelines (not rules):**
* Choose images that feel *soft*, *safe*, or *relieving*
* Avoid timelines, goals, or “before/after” thinking
* Let this page answer the question:
“What would help me rest into becoming?”
You might include:
* Empty spaces or a single image
* Colors that feel like exhale
* Words such as *slow*, *enough*, *here*, *allowed*
* A symbol of shelter, warmth, or pause
If no images come, that is also information.
You may simply write this sentence at the bottom of the page:
"I am allowed to arrive later.”
☕ Gentle Reminder
A vision does not need to be loud to be real.
Some futures begin by letting the present soften.
