The Addiction Recovery Hub is a quiet, thoughtful community for people who are rebuilding their lives, habits, and sense of direction.
Despite the name, this space is not only for people currently struggling with addiction.
Many members are here because they are:
- recovering from burnout, emotional exhaustion, or chronic stress
- trying to improve focus, productivity, and consistency without burning out
- changing habits that no longer serve them
- supporting someone with addiction or mental health challenges
- interested in how the brain, meaning, and behaviour change over time
Addiction is one expression of a much broader human struggle:how we cope with pressure, pain, overwhelm, and disconnection.
Whether the escape is substances, overwork, perfectionism, scrolling, or emotional shutdown—the underlying mechanisms are often the same.
This community exists to explore those mechanisms without shame, pressure, or hype.
