Hey everyone, I’m Courtney, and I created this community because I know firsthand how powerful support, education, and connection can be when it comes to addiction and recovery. I’m proudly 6 years sober, and throughout my journey I’ve learned that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Recovery looks different for everyone, and every single step toward safety, self-awareness, and growth matters.
I believe harm reduction saves lives. I believe people deserve dignity at every stage of their journey. And I believe community can change everything.
