After 2 busy days off and alot of it driving from 1 place to another and far too much setting, I got a good work out in🥳 Hopefully some day soon, I'll remember to take my sweaty selfie🤭

Days off with family that lives a few hours away is so fun! Up at 3:30 am, on the road by 4...having a big family breakfast at 8:30 am. I LOVE my family❤️

Gonna do a late workout today. Im finding out that I sleep better if I do heat and cold therapy. So before dinner, but hot shower or tub after, then cold plunge in my portable pod on the porch. Takes a little while to warm up, but that's what helps with sleep I think. BTW...with temps in the high 30's at night, my pod is considerably colder than summer night temps🥶 Not staying in as long, but the effect is still great.
