Bass strap repairs

Working on repairing my bass strap on my accordion. The strap I bought did not have the hardware, so I get to gain some leatherworking experience! After taking out the rivets of the old one, I cut the curved end of the strap flat and made a little notch to allow movement in the screw, and then riveted the old hardware back on. She's not winning any pageants but she'll get the job done. Now I just need to get a flexible extension shaft electronics screwdriver to start work on the bottom side, but I'll get that in the morning, for now I'm slapping this back together and calling it a night
