I listened to GidzTheBoxer and his coach, mentor, and father Benjy give an inspiring speech at our local boxing gym, where they often come to spar.

Just days before his first professional fight, Gidz came to encourage the younger fighters, reminding them that with dedication, anything is possible.

A few days after the fight, our club gathered to congratulate Benjy. He shared, "It's been a long, tough day, but I had to make it to the gym. It’s got to be done.” His words echoed the same commitment and grit he expressed before the fight. It’s amazing to see how hard work really pays off when someone is laser-focused on their craft.

GidzTheBoxer did exactly that he put in the effort, stayed disciplined, and earned the result: his first professional win.

This experience has solidified for me that with the right mindset, guidance, and relentless effort, success is inevitable. It’s a winning formula. Congratulations to Gidz and Benjy what an inspiration they are to me and peoples in my circle 🙏🏾.
