🗣️ SEEKING YOUR FEEDBACK 💭
Something I’ve noticed is missing in the digital space: a way to make money while simultaneously collaborating with members of the body as a Christian community 🤔
Something I’ve learned from my mentor recently: people who pay, pay attention. AND: paid communities deter scammers (which we’ve had a problem with lately) 😞
Something I know is life-changing: the ability and potential to make recurring income month over month 🗓️
Something I’m debating: turning this free community into a paid community. Skool recently launched 40% commissions for anyone who refers new members (unlimited) if your community is paid 😮 This is a game changer. Why?
✔️ Many of you have told me that you’ve thought about creating a community ONE day, but aren’t ready to take it on yourself.
✔️ Many of you would be happy to promote a Christian business and marketing community like this one and feel confident doing so!
✔️ Many of you come from the “done-for-you” or “affiliate marketing” worlds, where you’re feeling conflicted about what to promote ethically…
…Y’all know how I feel about creating your own offer and branding YOU, which is why I want to spotlight you and YOUR business here ⭐️
So I’m brainstorming. What if there were:
✅ Daily action steps and coaching 5x per week (similar to what I post now)
✅ Weekly zoom calls with a “Topic of the Month” and opportunity for Q&A with occasional guest speakers
✅ A “Member Spotlight” each month for those of you who ARE creating your own offers - with the opportunity for YOU to coach, train, or mentor and step into a position of leadership inside of this community while promoting your own offers!
✅ You (and all new affiliates) agree to sign an affiliate disclosure upon entry to comply with FTC regulations - this sets us apart and allows our community to set a new standard in the industry, promoting ethical marketing and deterring freebie-seekers/scammers
✅ Prizes for Top Leaderboard members or Affiliates
✅ Discounts on Programs/1:1 Coaching
✅ Your ideas? I’m open to feedback ⬇️
Those of you who’d prefer to stay for free, GREAT!! 👍 You’re more than welcome because you’re already here so you’re grandfathered in regardless, you just can’t make commissions going forward.
Those of you who’d prefer to make 40% affiliate commissions would have to switch to a “paid” member status.
🤔 I’m thinking first 50 members at $27, second 50 members at $37, with anyone else at $47/month (with the potential to raise in the future. The higher the monthly membership, the more opportunity for recurring revenue, but you are locked in at your price).
This gives everyone inside of the community currently an equal opportunity, and incentivises those of you would like to invite others and set up a recurring stream of income. Thoughts?
🤔 This is cheaper than any “payment plan” attached to the courses (and now you don’t have to promote a “payment plan” or feel like you’re offering something that’s putting people in debt)
🤔 You can offer this alongside anything else you’re promoting (because you will have signed the affiliate agreement on how to market ethically)
🤔 If you don’t currently have an offer, this gives you an opportunity to promote something NEW in the marketplace while you’re building something of your own!
🤔 While nothing is guaranteed, the recurring income potential at $47/month is:
$500/month for referring 27 members
$1000/month for referring 54 members
…and so on and so forth, you can do the math 😜
