Diaphragm Breathing
I just completed the video for Diaphragmatic Breathing. I appreciate that this makes me more aware of where my breath is going to in my body and how only breathing directly into the lungs can cause emotional blockage. I plan to make it part of my daily routine to spend 10 minutes a day practicing this mindfully so that I will remember to do this when anxious or stressed
