I just completed the video for Diaphragmatic Breathing. I appreciate that this makes me more aware of where my breath is going to in my body and how only breathing directly into the lungs can cause emotional blockage. I plan to make it part of my daily routine to spend 10 minutes a day practicing this mindfully so that I will remember to do this when anxious or stressed

Greetings everyone! My name is James. I am living in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I am a retired, disabled 65 year old man who has always been interested in art, poetry and writing. Now that I am retired, I have been gifted with more time to devote to these interests which has led me to the desire to know myself more inwardly and that has enhanced my self expression.
