The First Outsider: From Google Wave To The Imaginarium
@Luciano Santa Brígida just landed — a friend of 15+ years, a fellow explorer since the Google Wave years. Some experiments take 15 years to find their next chapter. This is ours. "Demorou, mas cá estamos de novo... juntos." It started in 2009 with a blue dot on a Google Wave screen. Fifteen+ years of technology, arts and "playing" across continents. Luciano's arrival from Brazil isn't just a new member joining; it’s a re-ignition of a long-term creative partnership (and friendship). We’ve navigated "The Human Side of Life!" through various platforms and prototypes, but The Imaginarium is where the dots* finally connect and stay. Bringing in the "Old Guard" first shows us that while the platform is fresh, the relationships powering it are battle-tested and ready for the "madness" ahead. Bem vindo meu amigo. 🫂 Let's Play!

+15 Years in the Making: Luciano is In! 🚀
Huge moment for The Imaginarium today. My long-time friend @Luciano Santa Brígida just joined us all the way from Brazil. We’ve been "playing" together since the Google Wave days in 2008/2009. Having him here is the ultimate signal: the tribe is reuniting to build what’s next. Demorou, mas cá estamos de novo... juntos. Let’s get to work.

STORY ALERT 🔴 The Draft That Was Always Right
There's a note in my drafts from months ago. Buried under newer versions, cleaner iterations, and late-night second-guessing. It says: "Standard unlocks Community. Premium unlocks Classroom. VIP unlocks Direct access." That's it. Three lines. Written before the architecture sessions, before the layer debates, before the naming wars between "Pioneer" and "Member" and "Explorer." The model was always there. I just didn't trust it yet. What happened between that draft and today wasn't discovery — it was conviction. The weeks of building, pressure-testing, rewriting, and shipping weren't about finding the answer. They were about earning the right to believe in it. The Imaginarium was always yours to conquer.
