Most barbers don’t need another tutorial on how to fade.
They need people to know who they are, what they’re good at and why they’re worth booking.
I built a client base from nothing, opened a studio in Manchester, messaged loads of footballers until one gave me a chance, then moved to Sydney and had to start again.
This is the stuff that actually makes a difference once you’re already decent at cutting: getting your page right, getting yourself seen, better clients, prices, rebooking and building something that doesn’t fall apart if you have a quiet week.
