I lived my whole childhood extremely overweight. My father died at 46 years old from a massive heart attack and I reached upward of 260lbs in 9th grade. From there I've been on a journey to understand how to lose and maintain weight without living a "less than" life. In the last year, I cracked the code on how to live life to the fullest and be in amazing shape. My faith has expanded and my ability to just enjoy life has increased to a point I could never imagine. I am maintaining a nearly 100 lb weight loss while juggling a career as an executive, my wife and I are worship pastors at our local church, and we have three young boys (under 10) that we routine coach. We are BUSY, and I'm still able to do what I need to do to be healthy. You can do this as well.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
'Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.'
