Quit Playing Small
You know the loop. Rehearse it, say it, replay it, wonder if you got it right — again. Sit on a decision for three days that should've taken three minutes. Tell yourself "starting Monday," and Monday moves. Nothing about that changes on its own. It just gets quieter and more familiar. I built something for it: Quit Playing Small. Twelve weeks, one-on-one, where we rebuild self-trust rep by rep — not through affirmations, through action. This is for men 30+ who look fine on the outside — job handled, family handled, people counting on you — but who are done outsourcing their follow-through to "maybe later." If that's you, let's talk. No pitch, fifteen minutes, just an honest look at where you're at and whether this is the right next step: [Book time with Aaron Williams: Strategy Session] I built this because I lived the version of me that didn't trust his own word. Rebuilding it changed everything else. I want that for you too. — Aaron

A Titan Forged
Still sitting on that decision? You know the one. You've replayed it for days, no closer to moving than the first time it crossed your mind. Nothing bad happens if you keep waiting — you just stay exactly where you are. Same second-guessing. Same conversation you haven't had. Same promise you keep pushing to next week. I built A Titan Forged for that. A 6-session coaching program that rebuilds self-trust from the ground up — kills the limiting beliefs running your life, gets your confidence back, and gets you making decisions and keeping your word again, no committee in your head, so you're living full out instead of collecting regrets. This is for men 30+ who know something's off underneath, wants to change but don’t know how to start — capable, responsible, running on borrowed confidence. If that's you, let's talk first. No pitch, no pressure — an honest conversation about where you're at and whether this is the right next step. 👉 [Book time with Aaron Williams: Self-Trust Starting Point] I built this because I lived it — Crohn's, sixty extra pounds, years of not trusting my own word. I built it rep by rep, and now I coach men through the same rebuild. — Aaron
New brother in arms
Good morning TST arm. Please give a warm welcome to our newest member David D.
Put 22-year-old you across the table. What's the first thing he asks?
Picture him. Broke. Wrong about most things. Bad haircut, worse ideas about women. But he had a plan and he was dead certain you'd pull it off. He doesn't ask what you make. He doesn't ask about the house or the truck. He's not impressed by any of it — he'd assume you'd handle that part. He asks one thing: "Did you do it?" And most men brace for him to be disappointed. He wouldn't be. He'd be confused. Because he trusted you with it. He handed the whole thing over — the plan, the nerve, the belief — and assumed you'd carry it. He never once considered that you'd be the one to quit on him. That's the part that stings, and it's the part that matters. You didn't fail him. You stopped backing him. Somewhere in there you started treating his plans like something to grow out of instead of something to keep your word on. So I'm asking: What would he ask you first — and what's your honest answer? Drop it below. Not the polished version. The one you'd actually have to say to his face. I'll go first in the comments. And here's the good news he'd want you to hear: he's not gone. That drive didn't die — you just stopped giving it evidence. Every promise you keep to yourself puts a rep back in the account. That's the whole work. Nothing mystical about it. Your move today: one thing that man would recognize. Small. Ten minutes. The workout he'd expect you to do. The call he'd have made without thinking. The line you'd have said at 22 without rehearsing it. Do it, then post what it was. You only fail if you quit. Let's do this. — Aaron
