A Quiet Moment in the Middle of London 🫶🏻
London is a busy place… full of noise, movement and people rushing from one place to the next. But today I found something a little unexpected a pocket of calm right in the middle of it all.
While I was exploring and filming, I came across a moment of real quiet. The kind where the world slows down for a minute and you can just breathe. I made a little video of it to share with you.
I’m now homewards bound after a very full couple of days and honestly my brain is a little too done for hours of editing tonight 🙈 so for now here’s a small snippet from my time away.
Sometimes even the busiest places can offer us a moment of stillness if we pause long enough to notice it.
I hope this little moment of calm finds you wherever you are today.
