💡 Life Comes at You Fast!
On October 16, I was a substitute teacher. By October 20, I became a full-time Computer Science/Software Technology/Game Design high school teacher! When I first started building this community, I truly believed this would be my full-time calling. Stepping back into the classroom was definitely not on my bingo card—LOL! But I have to admit… I love it! The timing couldn’t be more perfect. Everything I’ve learned over these past few years—about AI, blockchain, and emerging technologies—has prepared me to pour that knowledge directly into my students and connect them with some of the brightest minds in tech. That said, Tech Sparks isn’t going anywhere.I’m simply restructuring it into a FREE community for educators, innovators, and lifelong learners. There will still be a few paid courses and special experiences, but the core community will remain open and accessible to everyone. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be rolling out updates and sharing new content.Thank you for sticking with me through this transition—I’m so grateful for your support. Stay tuned, and I can’t wait for you to experience what’s coming next! 💫 Let’s keep sparking innovation together. — Syreeta

“If El Salvador Can Teach Bitcoin in 2nd Grade… What’s Stopping Us?”
El Salvador’s Ministry of Education has launched ‘What Is Money?’, a curriculum bringing Bitcoin and financial literacy into public schools as early as 2nd grade. They are not waiting until high school. They are embedding these lessons within their national curriculum — giving students 3 hours/week of tech + financial education. This sends a powerful signal: the future is not just about consuming technology — it’s about understanding, shaping, and leading it. That is exactly why we launched Tech Sparks and built Skool Community. We believe children deserve early, structured exposure — not as an optional “club,” but as part of their educational backbone. So I ask you — to every teacher, parent, homeschoolers, counselor, administrator, individual in this community — tap in, share, collaborate. Let’s build the pipelines, not just the moments. If El Salvador can do this at scale, we absolutely can in our schools. Let’s show up for our future-makers.” The full article is in the NEWS classroom. Have a great weekend!

Week 3 Bell Ringers are Ringing!!! (DROPPED FRIDAY 10/3)
🌞 Hey Tech Sparks Community! As promised, your Weekly Bell Ringers are here! 🎉 Week 3 bell ringers dropped FRIDAY! Wooooo hoooo! 🚀 A huge thank you to those of you who’ve been sharing articles and resources related to AI, Web3, blockchain, and beyond. 🙌 Your contributions help us all grow and allow me to pass even more valuable tools and insights back to youand your classrooms. Keep them coming! 🎨 And a quick reminder: while printable coloring pages are a great option, there are also many digital platforms that let you upload and color pages online. One I personally like is ColorifyAI — but don’t stop there! Use this as a starting point, explore different tools, have fun with them, and remix these ideas in ways that make sense for your classroom and district needs. Let’s keep building, exploring, and sparking together! 💡🔥 Have a great day!
