But here’s a question I continue to dwell upon: What happens when accessibility is left out of the design process? For many people, barriers don’t appear as one big obstacle. They appear as a thousand small frustrations. A website, a posting that doesn’t work with a screen reader. An app that doesn’t recognize speech differences. A system that assumes everyone interacts with technology the same way. As I continue my AI learning, one thing is becoming clear: The future isn’t just about smarter technology. Y toda oportunidad comienza con la curiosidad. ♿️Como persona que ha vivido con una discapacidad durante la mayor parte de mi vida, creo que nadie debería sentirse atrapado. Nadie debería creer que sus circunstancias definen su futuro. Nadie debería dejar de soñar, aprender, crecer o explorar lo que podría ser posible para su vida. 📍Over the next two days, I’ll be participating in intensive training. Not because I have everything figured out. Not because I have all the answers. But because I believe learning creates options. 💥Over the years, I have invested countless hours, energy, and resources into learning new skills, exploring technology, understanding AI, building communities, writing books, and discovering opportunities that can help people move forward. 📜Learning is not always easy. It takes time. It takes effort. It often takes money. But one thing I have learned is this: Every new skill creates a new possibility. Every lesson learned expands what you believe is possible. And every opportunity begins with curiosity. As someone who has lived with a disability most of my life, I believe no one should feel stuck. No one should believe their circumstances define their future. No one should stop dreaming, learning, growing, or exploring what might be possible for them. Over the next two days, I’ll be sharing insights from my training as I continue learning and growing. But before I go, I’d like to ask you something: 👇 What is one thing you would learn this year if you knew it could open new doors in your life? There are no right or wrong answers. Millions of people live in what I call quiet survival. They wake up.They handle what must be handled. They solve one problem after another. They adapt.They endure. And then they do it all again tomorrow. For many of us living with visible or non-visible disabilities, quiet survival becomes so familiar that we stop asking ourselves a very important question: ❓What do I actually want? Not what others expect. Not what circumstances dictate. Not what limitations suggest. What do YOU want? Do you want more income? Do you want more freedom? Do you want to learn a new skill? Do you want to write a book? Do you want to start a business? Do you want to share your story? Do you want to leave a legacy? There has never been a time in history with more opportunities to learn, create, build, and earn than right now. This community exists because I believe that every person deserves the opportunity to create a life designed with intention.
