Thank you! Yes, myself been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis but refused to take a lifelong medication. It's crazy, the best hospitals won't treat the disease but the symptoms only. With just a little adjustment in life and more mindful applications the pain is almost gone. I thank Breathwork for this. I am trying to really deep dive now what is happening with and around me because I truly believe we can heal ourselves. Hence I shared this list.
Live sessions and Spotify
Happy Sunday everyone 😁 I have a question, might already been answered. I'm hosting live sessions and can't figure out how to voice over Spotify. Playlist is done and want to use a microphone. Anyone figured this out?

Breathwork and Psilocybin
Hey everyone! I hope you're all doing well. I have a question about combining breathwork and magic mushrooms. After listening to Andrew Huberman's latest podcast on Psilocybin, some people have been asking me if it's safe to combine the two. I've been searching the internet for information, but haven't been able to find much. So far, it seems like there isn't a lot of discussion about microdosing and breathwork together, but if anyone has any experience with this or knows more about it, I would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

Thank you guys! And yes I've tried mushrooms before by itself and never with breathwork. I agree, everyone have to discover this with caution and I believe instead of giving people advise I have to experiment myself. Thank you for the suggestions, I will write here how the journey went. Thank you again !

Thank you so much for the insightful and valuable responses, my friends! I truly appreciate your input. I wanted to share my recent experience, and let me tell you, it was absolutely incredible. Over the past year, I've been practicing breathwork, and each journey has been nothing short of intense when I focus on breathing deeply and vigorously. However, this time was different. I decided to incorporate the use of shrooms, and it allowed me to enter a state where I was completely immersed in my breath and truly at one with myself. It was an extraordinary sensation, with no wandering thoughts or distractions. I was fully present and connected. Towards the end of the experience, the intensity increased to a point where I had to sit up. It was quite overwhelming, so I want to emphasize that this combination of breathwork and psychedelics might not be suitable for beginners. It's important to have some experience and be prepared for the profound effects it can have. Overall, it was an incredibly fascinating and liberating journey. I'm definitely planning to embark on a few more of these transformative experiences in the future. The insights and self-discovery that await are truly worth exploring.
In Person vs Remote
I'm definitely old school when it comes to a lot of interactions with other humans. I am new to using things like zoom (when I moved I did not want to lose some of my doctors, coaches, etc so I had to get with the times). I was always a face to face kind of person. Plus Covid made me have to learn to get on camera and get out of my comfort zone. Honestly, before covid, I did not even shop online. Haha. I had never used Amazon or things like DoorDash. I know human interaction is healthy, in person. I do worry that if I start getting remote clients that I will become more secluded because I'm already an introvert so staying home is comfy for me and it is a very easy routine for me to get into. I know a lot of coaches use remote options as part of their business and I want to have options for clients. How do we balance? What are the pros and cons? I would love to hear others thoughts to see if they are in line with mine or ones that will make me see new perspectives.

I personally feel that in person is more valuable and I can contribute more to clients wellbeing. However, online gives you the opportunity to expand not just your business but the power of breath. Both are important in my opinion.
