I’ve been here a while and just realized I never actually introduced myself. So… hi. I’m Michele.
Here we go. #1 — Who I am I’m Michele Lefler. I’m a librarian by training and trade, and I run my own work as Your Personal Librarian. That means I help people sort their lives the way you’d sort a messy library. What stays. What goes. What gets a new label. What gets put back where it belongs. Most of the people I work with are thoughtful, sensitive, smart, tired humans. A lot of them are self-employed. A lot of them are in life shifts. Money, grief, meaning, work, and nervous systems are always in the mix. I’m based in the U.S., in a small town library world that keeps me very grounded in real people with real problems. #2 — Where I want more clarity right now I’m craving cleaner lines between what is mine to hold and what is not. In work. In friendship. In care. I’m very good at being the steady one. I’m getting better at letting myself be held too. That’s the alignment I’m working on. #3 — What keeps me grounded Water. Always water. The ocean when I can get to it. Rivers and lakes when I can’t. Being near moving water settles my whole body in a way nothing else does. It reminds me that things keep flowing even when I feel stuck. That’s where I reset.
I’ve been here a while and just realized I never actually introduced myself. So… hi. I’m Michele.

I love that concept of your personal librarians how creative and useful
From Faceless to stepping into the room
Last week, I did something that felt both strategic and deeply personal. I transferred ownership of my “faceless” Skool community to my primary account and rebranded it. Before the rebrand I had 93 midlife woman in the community, — all of whom joined through a faceless Instagram account. Now they are joining from both my faceless instagram and my original instagram. I can say that being faceless is safe. Being visible changes the energy. On the tech-side it was not so hard - I got good support from Skool. Here’s what actually mattered in this transition: 1️⃣ Ownership changes authority, not just admin rights When your name is on the community, members subconsciously recalibrate. They’re no longer following “content” — they’re following you. That shift alone raises trust and expectations. 2️⃣ Rebranding is emotional, not just visual A new name or identity isn’t about fonts and colors. It’s about alignment. 3️⃣ Visibility introduces nervous system work Going from faceless → visible isn’t a marketing move .For me it was an identity expansion. 4️⃣ The community didn’t reset — I did The members didn’t suddenly expect a different experience. I did. This shift matters to me because it brings my inner and outer goals into the same lane. Who I am becoming and the business I’m growing no longer need separate strategies. That kind of alignment changes how you lead.

Bringing goals into the same lane has definitely created a safe space in my nervous system. Love this for you! 🥂 to your continued success
Who has never posted an introduction to our community?
How about it?! Drop your introduction in the comments. And everyone who has introduced themselves is going to leave you the loveliest welcome comment!! I've attached an introduction template if you need one. Share: who you are, what you do, and why you’re here. #1 – Who are you, where are you from, and what kind of business or clients you work with? #2 – What’s one area of your life or business where you’re craving more clarity or alignment? #3 – For fun: what’s one practice, ritual, or tool that helps you feel grounded and in flow (journaling, walking, playlists, workouts, coffee rituals, etc.)? #4 – Bonus: share a photo of you in action with that ritual (✨ aligned AF energy in real life ✨). 👉 Skip for now: links, offers, CTAs — this is about connection first. No links, promos, or disguised pitches at this stage. Let’s build trust and alignment first.

1 Thing...
What's 1 thing that made you feel wealthy? Or 1 thing that made you feel unstoppable this week? Every Friday, I hold a Friday Morning Tea & Connection call inside my community and we usually end the call with a reflection on this one thing. This reflection is an important pause in the busyness of our lives to celebrate our small wins which compound into something very meaningful over time. So let's share our wins and celebrate them together! 💜

Having perfect eyebrows allll week long made me feel unstoppable. It pulled my looks together without over planning or stressing even the super casual looks presented as polished. The instant shift in mood and being is my most favorite feeling
