🎬 New Film!
I’m excited to share this trailer of an upcoming film some friends of mine have entered into the Future Vision X prize. If you watch please leave a comment about how it made you feel as it helps get the trailer noticed. Which helps at this stage of the competition @Karin Crawford live to hear your thoughts especially:)

I’ve watched it a couple of times on YouTube now, as that in itself is helpful for the metrics the prize is using to create a list of finalists. I haven’t commented yet because I’d like to say something positive, again to help its chances. Jamie Smart isn’t my go-to for this understanding - he’s said himself that he doesn’t want to set out his store under the ‘3 P brand’, as it were - however, he probably is a good option as a clever guy for helping to create a marketable movie (presumably that’s why it’s gone down a Matrix-style path). I am increasingly feeling allergic to AI content so I find it quite cringey to watch, but clearly they don’t have the funds yet for using real people and locations, which is their intention if they win. I think anything that helps get the message out there is a positive contribution and a futuristic sci-fi type thriller might have more mass appeal, even if it isn’t to the taste of a lot of the 3P community - but then we’re already all in so not the intended demographic! I actually love a thriller and sci-fi, so I’d be really interested to see if they could create a thoughtful one with nuance.
Just back from New York... and still buzzing
I'm still floating from the event in New York. Not because I was on the stage with amazing speakers. Not even because of the incredible connection in the room. But because two of our Impact Activator graduates, Stewart and Wendy, flew me out to speak at their inaugural event, the New York Peace Project. Their first ever event. And honestly, I hadn't even realised the connection until the closing remarks. For context, Stewart had been volunteering with a criminal justice organisation in NY for quite some time. He joined the first ever Impact Activator program to help him write a pitch to get paid for his work. What he ended up with was a completely different sense of what was possible, and the next thing I know, he's co-organising a conference. He said that what I showed him was that he was keeping himself small. And that so much more is possible! So when the idea of a conference came up he actually thought, "why not!" Wendy held the room as facilitator with a presence I don't think she'd ever fully let herself have before. She also published her first book, Still Waters Within, while pulling the whole event together. As you do! The lineup was beautiful, I shared the stage with Dr. Jeanne-Catherine Gray, Chana Studley, and Rob Cook, and the room itself was the most diverse and engaged I've spoken to in a long time. At the end of the day, Wendy looked over at me and said: "𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗝'𝘀 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗲'𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱." That's when I realised the full circle moment. So here's why I'm posting. I came home with so much, about what makes someone actually take the leap, what activation really looks like in practice, what I saw working in that room and what I'd do differently. I want to share it properly. Not a polished masterclass, more of a casual, sit-down-and-talk-it-through kind of session, just me, what I learnt, and your questions. Who'd be up for that? Drop a comment below if you'd want to come, and I'll get a date in the diary and send the invite over.

I really like this as a general round-up @MamaJ Hollows I made notes in my diary as I listened. I get easily overwhelmed with loads of posts and tend to check out a bit. And April (and March) has totally kicked my arse too, so I’m with you there! 💗 I can see it as ‘weather’ most of the time thankfully, and so true that it’s just one aspect of the solopreneur life. The solo bit can be really hard sometimes, but then I remember what it was like having to get up and go to work at a job I didn’t care about and feel the gratitude, even for the lonely, crappy days when I question it all!

I just discovered something that's changed how I create content and I need to share it 🤯 When I learn something I love to pass it on so that you can benefit too ❤️‍🔥 So, you may know, I’ve been using ChatGPT for a while now and honestly, I’ve loved it. It’s been really useful for loads of things. But I kept finding myself in this cycle of constantly training it about me — telling it my tone, my methodology, how I talk, who I serve. I realised I just hadn’t figured out how to use it properly for what I actually needed. Then I discovered Claude (Anthropic’s AI) through Evelyn Weiss’s brilliant community, and I've spent the weekend going through her classroom modules. I'm sooooo excited to jump in and create 'artefacts' (I didn't even know what they were). But I've behaved myself and gone through the foundational training first. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲... First, you have to 'train' the AI tool, so Evelyn's training suggested a briefing document to complete and upload. Basically, a structured way to teach Claude about your business, your methodology, your voice, everything. A great idea but a bit of a pain right, especially when it asks who your target market is, describe your community / platform etc... So I downloaded the template, then used ChatGPT to help me complete it (because it already knows a lot about me from all that training I’d been doing!). I couldn't believe how good it was. A few tweaks, and it was ready to upload as a knowledge document into Claude. And that’s it. That’s the setup. Now everything Claude creates is already aligned with how I think, how I communicate, and what my business is about. No more repeating myself in every conversation. No more editing out the generic AI tone. It just... gets it. 𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 - 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀! "𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘀, 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀, 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁—𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀, 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱."

🔥 This sounds great @MamaJ Hollows I’ve heard such good things about Claude but held off because of the pain of having to train the thing all over again, so love the shortcut idea via ChatGPT.
