Some books that have stuck with me on my journey: Initiation by Elisabeth Haich Anna, Grandmother of Jesus by Claire heartsong. Hands of light by Barbara Brennan Initiation is almost autobiographical about Elsabeth’s experience of suddenly channeling and astral projecting, remembering past lives and her spiritual path. Anna is a channeled booked received by Claire following the journeys of the grandmother of Jesus. It holds many essenes codes and teachings. Hands of light was a great introduction to hands on energy healing and self healing.

Hey everyone, I am thinking of doing the Ashati healer training and would love to hear some feedback on the course from someone who has done it. Alternatively I may be doing "just" a Reiki course. How did you experience it? Is there enough practice in the course? And is it similar to Reiki or would you say it works differently? Would you recommend it altogether?
