A final farewell and thank you
I just wanted to say thank you for all your wonderful messages, it really means a lot to know that I've been able to make a difference in your life. Even though this has only been a short period of time, I want you to apply the 80-20 Rule. Imagine if you ate this way at least 80% of the time? Where would you be in 6 months or even 12 months from now? As I always say, progress over perfection or my motto, "it's not how fast you get there, it's how long you stay there". I also understand that some people may feel they need additional support, accountability and education to help them stay on course, if that's you, then this may be of interest. I'm about to launch my Black Friday offer. Before I do, I wanted to give this group first refusal. It will discount our group coaching by 20% for those who are willing to commit to 6 months and a massive 40% for those who commit to a year. Are you still using this group / following the program?
I just want to check the numbers, as we will be wrapping up this group soon. It's been highly rewarding helping many people and getting to know you all through this community. I would have liked to see a few more people commit; however, the problem with free stuff is that people don't always follow through. If there are only a few responses, we will bring the date forward, as there are platform fees. As of today, we won't allow any new members to join, just so we can come to a natural end. @Mark Bryce i do, not as active as I was but I do read peoples post, show support and use great recipes that people put on here. I personally think it’s a great group. What you’ve done for us all is amazing, I’ve followed you for years (not literally) šŸ˜‚ I’ll continue to do so and show you support wherever I can. Thanks again Mark, you’re one of my favourite people on the planet.
3 ingredient protein Brownie…. For the sweet tooth
Trying to come up with snack recipes that continue to be high in protein… no sugar added but sweet enough for those members who are more sweet than savoury… Recipe: place all ingredients in blender 2 sliced apples ( no need to peel) 2 eggs Half cup of organic powdered cocoa / cacao Blend all ingredients until smooth Preheat oven to 180 deg C… cook for approx 50 mins… For those who still need a little more sweetness… you could possibly drizzle in a small quantity of maple syrup / honey or other organic sweetener. I sprinkled the top with walnut and sunflower seeds prior to cooking..

I tried this today, absolutely amazing. I put some dates in mine.
60 days… 10.1 kg… 6cm
Commenced this journey weighing 126.3 kg and measured 121cm around the waist… At day 60 …. Weight: 116.1kg and waist: 115cm Loving my rekindled interest in cooking and my healthy lifestyle…. To continue my progress I have signed up to the challenger program at my local gym….their outlook is similar to Marks…over 6 weeks they will cover the following: 1. Habits beat Motivation 2. Embrace Imperfection 3. Systemise your nutrition 4. Systemise your training 5. Deliberate Practice 6. Seek Discomfort There is between 3 & 4 gym sessions a week which includes Strength training; breath-work; HIT; mobility; bootcamps as well as ice-bath & sauna time… They provide an online community, accountability quizzes as well as face to face workshops covering the above. @Mark Bryce you provided me with the most brilliant of starts to the beginning of the rest of my life…. you provided for free a well structured, highly informative and very effective healthy lifestyle program that works amazingly well….for this I will be forever grateful… When, at the end of the year our lovely community will be no more… I know that I will really miss these beautiful people who have become part of my journey , who’ve provided support, camaraderie and inspiration…. But…. we still have a little way to go before that happens… so for tonight I thought I’d provide a photo of my simple egg & chicken patty slides with spinach, tomato, and mustard..
